Lesson Schedule
Private music lessons are scheduled in 30, 45 and 60
minute lengths and are given weekly throughout the
year. Upon registration, we will schedule a lesson
time agreeable to both student and instructor. Subsequent
adjustments to the agreed upon schedule will be made
at the discretion of Summit Studios. We reserve the
right to make instructor substitutions if needed.
Absentee
Policy
Students are permitted one rescheduled lesson per session.
24-hour notice is required to reschedule a lesson,
or the lesson is forfeited. In regard to rescheduled
lessons, we reserve the right to make instructor substitutions.
Lesson vouchers are available to students following
one rescheduled lesson when an additional absence is
anticipated. Vouchers are transferable to friends or
family, but may be used only on the day of the scheduled
lesson, at the scheduled time and with the scheduled
instructor. Student may obtain vouchers at the office.
Payment Policy
Completed registration forms with
full tuition are due and payable upon registration
for per session enrollment (you will receive registration
forms by mail for each 13-week session). September
through June EZ Pay enrollment offers a 5 payment option
with the first payment due upon registration and 4
equal automatic electronic payments every other month
throughout the year to cover our three sessions (Fall,
Winter and Spring). EZ Pay is available until December
1st; sign up before October 1st and receive bonus
Summit Bucks!
Registrations are made on a first
come first serve basis. We accept cash, checks, VISA,
Master-Card and Discover. Outstanding balances are
subject to a $10 per month late fee. There are no refunds
for private or group classes.

Snow/Storm
Day Closings
Summit Studios may close when hazardous conditions
develop. Please phone our office at (860) 645-1502
for a closing announcement or watch the WFSB Channel
3 First Alert Network. Snow/Storm Closing Make-ups
will be scheduled. |
